Message to AOU students (especially for those impacted heavily by the war)

We understand the challenges that all students are facing due to the ongoing situation and its impact on education. However, the decision of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education is to hold exams on campus. This decision will ensure the integrity of the examination process and ensure that all students are assessed fairly.

For a safer and calmer exam atmosphere, students of Beirut center will sit for their MTAs in Antelias center noting that Antelias center is 15-20 minutes away from Beirut center and can be easily accessed since it is located 300 meters from the highway.

Continuing your education despite the current circumstances is one form of resilience. We encourage you to prepare for your exams. We stand with you, and we will support you till the end of your educational journey. This is one challenge that we will all overcome together.

NB1: In case you were obliged to miss any of your MTAs, please note MTA Makeups will be held on 25, 26, and 27 November.

NB2: One option for students who are heavily impacted by the current situation and who cannot prepare for MTAs of different courses is to sit for one or two MTAs during the regular MTA period (i.e., from 2 to 7 November) and one or two MTAs during the MTA makeup period (25, 26 and 27 November).
